Present before the below signed registrar, identified by his marriage certificate, Girtle Maker Mr. Richard Adolph Carl Fett, residing at Brunnenstrasse 13, requests to have noted that he was given his identification to the adoption agency, on January 7th, 1898, Under the adoption papers drawn up on January 19th, 1898, the aforementioned child has been adopted by he and his wife Auguste Wilhelmine Caroline Fett (born Böhner). The child hereby adopts the family name of Fett.
